I offer individual, family, career & college counseling, and vocational counseling. I also have an in-depth background working with the special needs population and people with learning disabilities.
I treat a variety of issues including Anxiety, ADHD, Special Needs Adults and Children, parental training for special needs management, PTSD, Trauma, and more.
I utilize strength-based, positive psychology, ACT, CBT, and attachment-based approaches to therapy.
It is my desire to create a safe, comfortable place where you can explore your conflicts, better understand how to manage stressors, and guide you to a path of success and happiness.
I can’t wait to begin our journey together!

Because I take our work seriously, I require your contacting me first to schedule any sessions through my calendar. Availability does not accurately reflect on my calendar. I am very flexible. I DO work with GHI although Headway does not accept GHI so reach out to me in messaging. I have a sliding scale for those persons out of NY state. Your insurance will not cover you outside of NY.
It may feel like it, but you are not alone! We will work together to effectively understand and naturally manage your emotional health by providing a private, safe and supportive environment. I incorporate Applied Mindfulness for addressing self sabotage. We will foster real change to recreate and maintain the life you envision.

I have been working in the outpatient mental health field for 18+ years. I earned my Masters degree from NYU. My early career included working with children, adolescent and families in an outpatient mental health clinic. When I started my private practice over 10 years ago, I also began working with adults. Currently, I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, family issues, infertility and general life stressors. I also continue to work with children/adolescents and their families who have been diagnosed with ADHD, behavioral issues, and academic struggles.

I am an LMHC in New York. I have been in private practice since 2015. I obtained my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2012 and began working in a residential setting, providing services to adults with chronic mental illness and substance use disorders, receiving numerous promotions along the way. After 11 years, I decided to move onto something new, obtaining a position as a Clinical Director in an outpatient clinic. I recently decided to pursue my private practice full time.

Healing doesn’t happen when we have all the answers; but, when we begin to ask ourselves those questions we have been avoiding. With the help of an unbiased, and judgement free therapist, you can explore those difficult questions in a safe place. The therapeutic process can heal each individual, from past severities to current presenting problems. Rather than, “how do I fix the problem for the client? It’s “how can I provide a therapeutic relationship this client can use for their own growth?

I've loved the field of mental health since I was a young girl. I went to NYU for my Masters in Social Work. I have been working for a private group practice with diverse supervision and continued training. I have seen a wide variety of clients aged 5 to 88. I worked exclusively with people with Parkinson's as well as having training with individuals on probation/parole in NYC. I have extensive experience with neurodivergent clients more specifically clients with Autism as well as ADHD and OCD.

If you're ready to look deeper and make lasting change, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have received extensive training in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospital settings. My clinical experience has equipped me to work with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and family-related challenges. I also bring a multicultural perspective to therapy—I speak English, Russian and Spanish, and I understand firsthand the complexity of navigating cultural identity and generational expectations. My earlier career in international marketing and years managing a psychiatric practice give me a unique lens into both the personal and professional pressures people face.
