Elise is a mental health nurse practitioner that has practiced in a variety of settings, most recently as a coordinator and nurse practitioner to the women's program at Weill Cornell Medical Center. She has received additional training through Postpartum Support International, the Beck Institute, and the IPT Institute. Once an oncology nurse at WCMC, she has received training in survivorship and loss.
Elise utilizes a comprehensive model to assess biological, psychological, and social factors that influence wellness. She specializes in helping women navigate mood symptoms during their reproductive years, anxiety and depression in adults, and bereavement.
10-15 minute introductory call.
60 minute initial assessment with discussion of treatment options tailored to expressed goals.
30 minute follow-up medication appointments.
45 minute medication in conjunction with therapy appointments.
