Alexia offers support through the journey of grief, loss, and trauma using trauma, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies. All with the goal of working through the trauma the loss is creating or has uncovered.

My role is to guide you through the challenging journey of coping with grief and loss, helping you to find your way forward and adjust to a new normal. As a clinical social worker and therapist, I have worked with many individuals and families struggling with conflict, loss of self, and painful emotions.
