Great to meet you!

I received my master's degree in social work from Spring Arbor University. I have studied in many different therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each individual. I primarily work with adults and specialize in anxiety, trauma and life stressors.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma-informed therapy and anxiety management, using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and mindfulness practices. I am trained to address the complex interplay between trauma and anxiety, ensuring you receive targeted, effective care.

What you can expect from me

I’m here to listen, support, and help you move forward at your own pace. Taking that first step might feel difficult, but it's the beginning of a journey toward healing and empowerment.
