Great to meet you!

I want you to feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood when you walk into therapy with me. My background blends creative arts, special education, and clinical mental health training, which allows me to see each client as a whole person—not just through a diagnostic lens. I’ve spent years supporting children, adolescents, and families through school counseling, crisis intervention, autism-related needs, maternal mental health concerns, and major life transitions.

Clients often tell me I’m warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I aim to make therapy feel both comforting and productive, giving you practical tools you can use right away. No matter what you’re facing, you won’t be navigating it alone—we’ll work through it together at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in truly understanding who you are. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, connected, and supported, so building a genuine relationship is always my starting point. I combine evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and mind-body techniques with creativity and movement when appropriate.

I see each client as a whole person, and I tailor our work to your strengths, your story, and your goals. Whether we’re processing emotions, navigating transitions, or building new skills, I want therapy to feel meaningful, empowering, and practical for everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you your story, your goals, and what brought you to therapy. I’ll guide us through a gentle, structured conversation so you never have to worry about what to say next. Together, we’ll explore what you’re hoping to change, heal, or improve, and we’ll begin outlining a plan that feels realistic and supportive.

You can expect a warm, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling understood, grounded, and hopeful about the path ahead.
