Great to meet you!

As an LCSW, passionate about uplifting and empowering women, I have a relaxed, and down-to-earth approach. I create a safe space for clients to explore life transitions, self-esteem, relationships, and stress management. Inspired by a free-spirited and holistic perspective, I integrate mindfulness and empowerment into practices to support women in reclaiming their inner strength. I aim for you to feel grounded, balanced, and authentically connected to yourself and your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a warm, non-judgemental space where clients can feel seen and heard. I blend evidence-based practices (CBT, ACT, MB-CBT) with a relaxed, and holistic style that encourages self-exploration. My style is relaxed, compassionate, strengths-based, and client-centered. The focus is to assist women through life transitions, understand unhelpful patters, and identify ways to live a more authentic life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a deeper understanding of themselves, a greater self-compassion, and practical tools to navigate life's challenges. Therapy provides a space to uncover patterns, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies. Clients leave with a stronger sense of confidence, emotional balance, and clarity about their values and goals. My goal is to uplift you to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
