Great to meet you!

Welcome! Taking the step of finding the right clinician for you is an important part of your therapy experience so let me share a bit of my experience to assist you in deciding if I may be the right person for you. My undergraduate work focused on psychology and sociology. I worked as a victim advocate in the fields of sexual assault and domestic violence prior to entering graduate level work in marriage and family therapy. My goal is create a safe and welcoming space to heal and move forward.

My approach to therapy

My primary areas of education and experience are grief & bereavement and eating disorders. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and individuals who are experiencing life transitions, working through stress and/or hurdles that life has brought, and those who are interested in navigating anxiety, depression, or other barriers to living the life they desire.
