Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Licensed Master Clinical Social Worker with 5 years of experience, I now focus primarily on adults ages 18–60 who are struggling with emotional dysregulation, low mood, worry, and the impact of betrayal or loss. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you are used to holding everything together on your own. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk beside you—offering support, reflection, and tools as you move through anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

I thrive in helping individuals navigate life's complexities with resilience and grace. My approach to therapy is collaborative, empathetic, and grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. I believe that healing is a deeply personal process, so I tailor our sessions to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we slow things down so you can understand your internal world, make sense of your reactions, and begin to cultivate more balance, clarity, and self-compassion in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin with an introductory session where you can share your story with me. This initial conversation is all about getting to know you, understanding your unique experiences, and identifying the areas where you are looking for support. Together, we will begin to outline goals designed to guide you toward your healing and personal growth. If you’re feeling a mix of hope and fear about starting therapy, that’s completely natural. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here to welcome you and begin this work together.
