Great to meet you!

Offering individual, family and EMDR therapy I use evidenced based practices while individualizing care to match your need. I specialize with those who have endured trauma, depression, anxiety-related issues, eating disorders and family conflicts. I provide treatment to adolescents, young adults, adults and families. I firmly believe a strong therapeutic relationship is key to a clients therapy success and so my treatment is collaborative with a goal to promote empowerment and strength-building.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has their own unique narrative and I believe exploring this can help make life changing differences. I employ an approach were we can work towards a resolution by eliminating blame and externalizing the “problem.” Through this I hope to help guide those going through turbulent times.

What you can expect from me

Beginning or restarting therapy is a challenge and so I am committed to making this a non-judgemental, safe process.
