Great to meet you!

I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach that looks at the whole person - not just your symptoms. My background spans inpatient psychiatry and oncology nursing, which taught me to stay grounded under pressure and connect with people during their most challenging moments. I combine thoughtful medication management with evidence-based therapy because I genuinely believe they work best together. Whether we're addressing ADHD, anxiety, depression, or OCD, we'll build a treatment plan that fits your life and goals - one where you feel heard, supported, and actively involved in your own care.

My approach to therapy

I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a unique path through biology, nursing, and psychiatric care. I earned my Biology degree from UMass Boston, completed my accelerated nursing program at Northeastern, and finished my psychiatric specialty training at Regis College. My clinical experience includes inpatient psychiatric units and oncology care - both high-stakes environments that shaped my ability to manage complex presentations with calm, compassionate precision. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and OCD, working primarily with adolescents and adults who are ready for a comprehensive, collaborative approach to mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on understanding your story - the experiences that brought you here, what you're struggling with day-to-day, and what you're hoping to achieve. I'll ask about your history, current symptoms, and how things are impacting your work, relationships, and overall quality of life. This isn't just a checklist - I want to understand you as a whole person. We'll start mapping out a treatment plan together, discuss what combination of therapy and medication might help, and make sure you leave feeling like you have a clear path forward and a partner in your care.
