Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Alyssa and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Minnesota. I have been practicing therapy for the past 2 years with children, adolescents, and adults targeting anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and day to day stress. Pursuing therapy is vulnerable and takes effort, but you deserve the deep healing that comes through this process. I'm so glad you're here!

My approach to therapy

I aim to empower you on your healing journey in an environment in which you can freely express yourself and explore your potential. I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, cherishing the process of building strong personal connections and fostering a comfortable, humorous, and safe therapeutic relationship. I see it as one of the highest honors to walk with you through some of the most difficult experiences of life, as well as the mundane issues that inevitably arise along the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will be introductory; giving you the opportunity to share your story and your hopes for therapy while allowing you a chance to get to know me as well. We will work together to figure out your goals and continue working as a team in the session that follow to make your goals your new reality.
