I have extensive experience working with clients who are experiencing ongoing anxiety associated with current life challenges and past trauma. I offer individual counseling appointments via telehealth.
I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy. I believe that every client is unique and will tailor my approach to best fit your needs. I regularly utilize Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness based stress reduction strategies within sessions. We’ll work together collaboratively to come up with a plan that helps you achieve your treatment goals
Our first session is when we’ll work to identify your goals and discuss any background information that may be relevant to our work together. You can expect this session to run approximately 50 minutes and from there we’ll discuss next steps in therapy, including: frequency, scheduling, and treatment options.
