Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Amanda, and I'm so glad you’re here. As a therapist, yoga teacher, and mom of two, I know firsthand that motherhood is as beautiful as it is messy. I believe my calling is to help moms move out of survival mode and into a regulated nervous system, finding a true flow state, not just on a yoga mat, but in the middle of your actual, daily life.

I invite you to show up here exactly as you are. My role is to hold a steady space for you while we weave through the complexities of your world together, transforming the heavy moments into a life that feels more intentional and vibrant.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I take a whole-person approach tending to the mind, body, and soul. Clinically, I use a trauma-informed narrative framework, which means we’ll look at the stories you tell about your life and work together to re-write the ones that no longer serve you.

Because I believe healing is somatic as much as it is mental, I integrate my training in yoga, meditation, and breathwork to help you manage real-world stressors in real-time. Whether you are navigating the transition of pregnancy and postpartum, the complexities of parenting, or the weight of anxiety and depression, my goal is to give you the tools to regulate your nervous system and find your way back to yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, we’ll focus on the 'why' behind your visit. This session is an intake where I’ll ask plenty of questions to help me understand your journey, your challenges, and your hopes for our work together. Think of it as us laying out the pieces of the puzzle together. From there, we’ll collaborate on a plan that feels authentic to you, ensuring that our future sessions are focused on exactly what you need to move out of survival mode and into a state of flow.
