Great to meet you!

I work with teens (13+) and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, mood disorders like depression and bipolar disorder, sexual addiction, and gender identity exploration. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure of your next steps, or just need a space where you can be yourself, you’re not alone.

It is essential to me to build a strong therapeutic alliance so you feel safe, comfortable, and supported in your healing. I encourage my clients to be advocates for their own well-being, and I see therapy as a space where you can begin to reconnect with your purpose and move toward the life you want.

I am a faith-based clinician, and I believe therapy can be especially powerful when we integrate the spiritual aspect with evidence-based practices, if that’s something that feels meaningful to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where you feel comfortable opening up. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, schools, and prisons, which has given me experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges and life circumstances.

In our work together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, identify patterns or areas where you feel stuck, and take practical steps toward change. I believe therapy should feel both grounding and purposeful, helping you build insight while also moving forward in a way that feels realistic and meaningful.

If spirituality is important to you, we can incorporate that into your care in a way that feels natural and supportive.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building that sense of comfort and trust. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping will feel different.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll move at your pace. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful, with a clearer understanding of how we can move forward together on your counseling journey.
