Great to meet you!

My name is Amber, and I work with new mothers to support their transition to motherhood. After experiencing some struggles when I became a mom, I sought knowledge and training to help other parents through this important transition. I received a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling in 2016 and have 10 years of experience providing therapy. In addition to working with individuals during pregnancy and postpartum I also provide premarital counseling to couples.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a person-centered approach to therapy. I tailor my approach to your unique needs, drawing from a variety of approaches I will help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and history are presently impacting your behavior.
