Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the past 25 years, I have been helping people heal and restore their emotional well-being. With an empathetic and empowering approach, I treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions, specializing in anxiety, depression, stress management, and women's issues. Throughout my career, I have been a dedicated advocate, believing wholeheartedly that all people deserve a non-judgmental space to feel seen, heard, and validated.

My approach to therapy

Our work together will be collaborative, warm, and built on a foundation of respect and trust. My treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, which will explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that influence your life. By integrating Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness, I help you quiet the mental noise of stress and anxiety, lift the heavy weight of depression, and navigate daily life with greater ease. I support women managing the unique stressors of major life transitions, relationships, and societal pressures.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe, comfortable environment where you can show up as your authentic self. From our very first session, we will build a strong connection that allows you to feel completely supported as you grow. You will leave our sessions with a clear sense of direction and the peace of mind that comes from having a committed professional in your corner.
