Great to meet you!

I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Central Methodist University, with a specialization in addiction disorders. I have experience working with both adolescents and adults, helping them navigate and overcome the challenges associated with addiction.

My approach to therapy

I approach counseling with a compassionate, client-centered style, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their challenges. My approach is tailored to each person's unique needs, combining evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to promote lasting change. I consider myself to be solution-focused, while also emphasizing the emotional and psychological healing required for long-term well-being."

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions with a greater sense of clarity, self-awareness, and practical tools to manage challenges in their lives. Through our work together, they will gain coping strategies, build resilience, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their goals. My goal is to empower clients to make lasting positive changes.
