Great to meet you!

I provide supportive therapy to adults and adolescents who are struggling with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, codependency, OCD and relationship issues. I work to help you evaluate what thought patterns, core beliefs, and behaviors are no longer serving you and to develop tools to self-soothe, affirm yourself, set boundaries, enhance authenticity and communicate effectively.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that relationships heal, and that our earliest relationships are a blueprint for how we relate to ourselves and the world in adulthood. I take a warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental approach in the therapeutic relationship to cultivate a safe space to explore and be curious about who you are and are becoming.

What you can expect from me

I value the opportunity psychotherapy provides for you to take agency over the narrative that has guided your life and make meaning in a way that feels personally valuable to you. Grounding my relational paradigm is a passion for existential pondering and creative exploration.
