Great to meet you!

I understand the psychological impact of trauma, especially for first responders and individuals experiencing emotional struggles including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I have worked with children, adults and couples. I’m committed to providing compassionate, solution-focused care to help navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to provide you with the support, tools, and resources needed to foster resilience and improve your mental health and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I create a safe space for clients to express themselves and work through challenges. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, stress, infidelity, and emotional struggles, particularly with first responders, injured workers, individuals and couples. I use modalities like CBT, mindfulness, and EMDR to help clients build resilience, process trauma, and develop healthier coping strategies for lasting change and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, supportive environment where they can explore their challenges and develop practical tools for healing and growth. My goal is to help clients process trauma, manage stress, and build resilience. Together, we work toward specific outcomes, such as improved coping strategies, emotional regulation, and healthier relationships. Clients leave with a greater sense of self-awareness, empowerment, and the ability to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
