Great to meet you!

Therapy should be a safe place where you can open up and speak freely and honestly. If you feel that your daily life is a struggle, I will work with you to help you understand your difficulty. We will work together to discover new ways of coping and understanding to alleviate your distress so that you can begin to live the most rewarding and fulfilling life possible. My clients have commented they appreciate my warm nature and creativity I bring into sessions.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with a wide-range of clientele - children, adolescents, families, as well as individual adults.

I have over 19 years of experience working in the mental health field. I use a person-centered, holistic, multicultural, and integrative approach in treatment. This means I begin where you are and tailor the treatment approach to your needs while being sensitive to how your individual culture identifies and lifestyle choices that impact your experience.

What you can expect from me

I believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives. I stress autonomy and will try to avoid pressuring you or making you feel uncomfortable. Change happens when you are ready, I am merely the facilitator of the process. I want you to succeed in reaching your goals and I am here to support you through your journey.
