Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Army veteran dedicated to helping women feel seen, supported, and empowered. My approach blends evidence-based care with a holistic, compassionate lens—because I believe true wellness begins in the mind.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders, and I take time to understand your story before creating a personalized treatment plan. Whether through medication management, supportive therapy, or education, my goal is to help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based practice. I believe that wellness begins in the mind, and I take a whole-person approach—considering your emotional, mental, and lifestyle factors when developing your treatment plan.

I integrate medication management with supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and practical coping strategies. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and empowered. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan that supports your healing, growth, and long-term well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where we focus on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your current concerns, and your personal, medical, and mental health history.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, symptoms, and goals, and you’ll have plenty of time to share what matters most to you. By the end of the session, we’ll begin developing a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication options, supportive therapy, or additional recommendations.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and supported.
