Great to meet you!

Hi there!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and specialize in EMDR therapy and am especially passionate about working with first responders and other helping professionals who often carry the weight for everyone else. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you can focus on your own healing and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I aim to be collaborative, direct, and grounded in respect for each client’s unique experiences. I use evidence-based approaches to help clients process trauma, manage stress, and build practical skills for navigating anxiety, depression, and substance use. I’m especially mindful of the unique pressures faced by first responders and others in high-responsibility roles.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to speak openly about what’s bringing you to therapy. In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding your story, the challenges you’re facing, and the changes you hope to see in your life. Together, we’ll identify priorities and develop a realistic path forward while building insight and practical tools that support meaningful progress.
