Dr. Angela Roberts

I am a licensed professional counselor with over 30 years of experience in the mental health/counseling field. My academic background includes a EdD, Counseling Psychology, Argosy University, MS, Counseling Psychology, Radford University, and BS, Psychology, Hampton University. My areas of clinical interest and specialties include: mind-body, culture and identity development, spirituality/religion, family dynamics, mood disorders, life transitions, crisis intervention, and trauma.

As an educator, be aware that I provide homework assignments when I think they’re helpful for your specific situation. But no matter who you are, I treat everyone on an individual level because everyone’s unique. And the same goes for treatment. I'll create one that's just right for you.

I believe in providing all my clients with a healthy and safe environment in which to foster their mental well-being. Integrating spirituality is always welcomed, as I am also a licensed minister.
