Great to meet you!

Since 2016, I have worked with adults across a range of clinical settings, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma (including CPTSD), and relationship challenges. I specialize in helping clients who feel stuck in patterns such as overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, and codependent or unhealthy relationship dynamics. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel internally stuck—especially in dating, relationships, or cycles that feel hard to break. Therapy with me focuses on helping you understand these patterns at a deeper level and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to tailor treatment to your needs. I also take a direct and active approach when helpful, supporting clients not only in gaining insight, but in applying it to real-life change.

As a therapist and nutritionist, I also bring a holistic lens to my work, recognizing the connection between emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and physical health. For clients who desire it, I offer Christian-integrated counseling that incorporates faith into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for you to share your story and for us to begin understanding what you need most from therapy. We'll explore the challenges you're facing, the strengths you've already developed, and the goals you hope to achieve.

I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Whether you're seeking relief from anxiety, navigating relationship difficulties, processing past experiences, or working toward personal growth, we'll begin identifying practical steps and deeper insights that can help move you forward.

My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, hopeful, and confident that you don't have to navigate things alone.
