Great to meet you!

If you're high-functioning but internally exhausted, carrying patterns or stress that have

built up over time, you don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. I work with adults, including veterans and military families, using a grounded, collaborative

approach that moves at a pace that feels manageable. My style is nonjudgmental, and I value creating a space where you feel respected, understood, and able to explore what's

really happening. If that sounds like what you're looking for, I'd be glad to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, grounded, and trauma-informed. I primarily use ACT, CBT, or CPT depending on your needs and what feels most helpful in the moment. Together, we work to better understand thoughts, emotions, patterns, and responses while building emotional tolerance and more intentional ways of moving forward.

In our work together, we often focus on:

  • Building a more stable internal foundation
  • Increasing distress tolerance
  • Gaining clarity in relationships and patterns
  • Breaking cycles that no longer serve you
  • Moving toward choices that align with your values

My goal is for therapy to feel meaningful and useful—not just a place to talk, but a place where real shifts can begin over time.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to begin understanding what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope will feel different moving forward. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming in.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and not judged. We’ll talk about what’s been feeling difficult, patterns you may be noticing, and what support might look like for you. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process so we can begin building a direction that feels helpful and manageable.
