Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a belief in people’s capacity to heal and grow. I specialize in substance use treatment, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and grief and loss, and I bring extensive experience working with individuals navigating complex trauma and major life transitions.

Alongside my clinical work, I’ve spent two decades as a behavioral health leader, supervising clinicians, shaping programs, and strengthening systems of care. This dual lens—therapist and leader—allows me to understand the broader context of treatment while staying deeply connected to the human experience at the center of it.

I also provide clinical supervision for developing clinicians and support leadership growth for those stepping into or expanding their roles within behavioral health settings.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each person. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, inner child work, and expressive arts approaches to help clients deepen insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with parts of themselves that may feel lost, silenced, or overwhelmed. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your story, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a steady, structured, and supportive process—especially when experiencing active mental health symptoms. Early work often focuses on key elements of stabilization, which include techniques for staying grounded and contained, maintaining sobriety, and building safety and predictability into daily routines. Together, we work to reduce overwhelm, increase clarity, and create a foundation that allows deeper therapeutic work to unfold at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
