Great to meet you!

Therapy with me is a collaborative, creative space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. I’m a warm, affirming presence who believes in meeting you exactly where you are without judgment, pressure, or pretense. I work in both English and French, and I strive to create an environment where you feel respected, understood, and genuinely seen. My goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to support you in uncovering your own clarity, strength, and direction.

My approach to therapy

My approach is creative, strengths-based, and deeply client-centered. With an MSW from the University of Minnesota, I bring clinical training together with a compassionate, real-world perspective. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership we explore patterns, emotions, and goals together, and we build practical tools that fit your life. I focus on affirming your identity and experiences while supporting meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will feel welcoming and conversational not clinical or intimidating. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you hope to change or understand, and what kind of support feels most helpful to you. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get to know you, but you’ll always set the pace. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and whether working together feels like the right fit.
