I am a clinical psychologist trained in Transference-Focused Psychotherapy at Columbia University and Mentalization-Based Therapy at the Anna Freud Centre, and I am currently a psychoanalytic candidate at the William Alanson White Institute.
My approach is interpersonal and psychodynamic, grounded in the understanding that our identities, relationships, and emotional lives are shaped by both our past experiences and our current environments. I help clients explore how they see themselves, relate to others, and respond to life's challenges and transitions. Together, we work to understand patterns that may no longer be serving them, strengthen their capacity to adapt to change, and develop a more authentic and fulfilling sense of self.
In our first session, we will focus on understanding what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are currently facing. Together, we will clarify what changes and improvements you are seeking, and establish realistic and achievable treatment goals.
