Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on anxiety, relationships, and communication.

I have training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, somatic trauma approaches, and motivational interviewing. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism, and often support clients in understanding how their brains and patterns interact.

I work with clients who want to better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. I offer an LGBTQ+ and ENM affirming space where you can show up fully and be met with curiosity and respect.

My approach to therapy

My work with clients is collaborative, relational, and grounded in understanding how past experiences shape present patterns. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe enough to be honest while also supported in making meaningful changes. I balance insight with practical tools so you leave sessions with both understanding and strategies you can use in daily life.

I often work from an attachment-informed perspective and integrate parts-oriented approaches, along with skills from cognitive and somatic therapies and communication work when helpful. I support clients in identifying recurring patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, improving relationships, and building a more stable sense of self.

I have particular experience working with anxiety, relationship dynamics, life transitions, and communication challenges, especially for those who feel stuck in patterns they want to understand and change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and capable of navigating your life with greater clarity and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what’s bringing you to therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable while beginning to explore your goals and what you’d like to change. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of direction and what working together may look like.
