Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here.

You’re still functioning- handling responsibilities and holding everything together. But do you feel constantly tired, tense, or unable to fully relax? Do you find yourself overthinking small interactions or replaying conversations long after they’ve passed?

You may not be sure if therapy is necessary. If you’ve been pushing through for a long time and feel increasingly drained, therapy can help you better understand these patterns and find more sustainable ways to move forward.

I work with adults navigating pressure, different roles, cultural expectations, and relationship stress- often as first- or second-generation immigrants or individuals balancing different identities.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and focused on helping you understand patterns such as self-criticism, pressure to meet expectations, or difficulty slowing down.

Rather than just talking about problems, we work on both understanding and practical change- finding ways to reduce internal pressure, set clearer boundaries, and respond to yourself with more flexibility.

Therapy is paced to your needs, whether you’re looking for deeper ongoing work or support during a specific period of stress or transition.

What you can expect from me

You do not need to be in crisis to start therapy. Many clients begin when they notice they feel persistently tired, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward- even if things “look fine” from the outside.

In the first session, we focus on understanding what brings you in and what feels most important, without needing everything figured out in advance.

If you’ve been wondering whether therapy might help, this can be a space to explore that without pressure.
