Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana. I see therapy as an opportunity to join together and work through some of life's difficult issues. I will provide practical tools that you can use in everyday life. I provide Teletherapy and face to face counseling. I use CBT, Mindfulness, and Brainspotting as my treatment modalities.

My approach to therapy

In a word, my approach is holistic. In practice this means I use strategies from various styles of psychotherapy--like cognitive-behavioral therapy, strengths-based, gestalt, amongst others--to help guide you towards your goals.

What you can expect from me

During our work together, you will be able to express yourself in a safe, non-judgmental space. As a therapist, I collaborate with my clients in order to establish goals that they want to work on over the course of their treatment. My goal is to help guide you in the direction you want to be in and help you recognize your strengths so that you can use them to help you grow emotionally as well as with managing whatever life throws at you.
