Great to meet you!

I draw on a range of evidence-based practices designed to assist clients in healing. I have training in EMDR therapy, and utilize various modalities including Internal Family Systems, Strength Based Approach and Mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes the most important thing you can do is to show up and ask for help. My work is to provide an empathic, nonjudgmental atmosphere for you to work through your discomfort and create a healing experience. I hold the belief that we are all resilient and have the internal capacity to heal ourselves. An essential element in this effort is the development of a trusting relationship between client and therapist.

What you can expect from me

Our goal will be to find which approach will work best for you and assess effectiveness throughout the process of therapy.
