Great to meet you!

A little tidbit about myself: I’ve had the privilege of being a public school counselor for the past 10 years. My experience includes working with all ages within the family unit that have experienced different challenges at different stages of their lives. I strongly believe that setbacks do not define someone, but instead the overcoming of an obstacle turns them into a stronger person or family unit. I take pride in working with variety of issues from depression, anxiety, personal growth, anger management, social skills, conflict resolution, behavior modification, grief, self-harm, and emotional disturbance in children, adolescents and adults.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to incorporate a variety of techniques to meet the needs of each client. I find pleasure in guiding clients to identify their own strengths and inner resources they have yet to discover while giving clients the tools and support they need to maximize and strengthen their full potential they have yet to discover.

What you can expect from me

The environment created within our journey together includes a safe non-judgmental and client-centered space that is essential in the healing process. Our time together will be used to set goals, and/or to come upon the things you have yet to discover.
