Great to meet you!

Mindwell Therapy is committed to providing a supportive, non-judgmental, and safe space to share your lived experiences to receive the listening ear and validation that is rare to come by in today’s fast-moving society. We understand how difficult it is to take the first step towards the unknown and we do not take it lightly that you are choosing us to help guide you throughout your therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

Ariel is a trauma-informed therapist who specializes in areas of domestic violence, narcissistic abuse recovery, relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, anger management and substance use disorders. I take a client-centered approach to therapy by incorporating various modalities such as personality testing, love language identification, attachment theory, positive affirmations, law of attraction, examining the metaphysical causes for physical illness, etc.

What you can expect from me

Ariel takes a down to earth and relaxed approach to therapy by incorporating empathy and humor coupled with various theories and modalities to help the client achieve their desired results. Our moto is "Life is stressful enough, therapy doesn’t have to be!" We are currently accepting new clients and look forward to hearing from you soon!
