Great to meet you!

It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help. I am honored to be apart of each client's journey. I enjoy working with adolescents, and adults. With over 10 years of working in both the education and mental health field, I specialize in all issues as they relate to education. I also have a passion for working for women who are navigating difficult life transitions. I am looking forward to meeting you!

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, encouraging, with a touch of humor (which I believe to an important part of the therapeutic process). I believe in working with my clients to identify their inner strengths. By empowering my clients, I believe they find the strength to face the tough stuff that life brings. I use both a person centered and cognitive behavioral therapy.

What you can expect from me

The biggest takeaway I hope each client experiences is encouragement after sessions. My goal is for you to move forward with a sense of hopefulness and excitement regarding your own personal growth.
