Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, now practicing in Idaho and California. I provide psychotherapy to teens and adults navigating life transitions, identity development, ADHD, BPD traits, and relationship stress. I earned my PsyD (Clinical Psychology) from Alliant International University and completed an APA- and APPIC-accredited internship at Pearl Health Clinic through the Idaho Psychology Internship Consortium (ID-PIC). I also hold an MBA and bring a well-rounded, real-world perspective to my clinical work. Outside of sessions, I love video games, spending time with my dog, and watching Bollywood films to strengthen my Hindi skills.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, curious, and deeply human. I work with clients to explore their inner world, clarify their values, and rewrite the stories that no longer serve them. I integrate diagnostic insight with warmth and authenticity, helping clients connect the dots between past experiences and present challenges. Therapy with me often feels like thoughtful investigation—with a dash of humor and realness along the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, self-aware, and equipped to take meaningful steps forward. You can expect a mix of insight, practical strategies, and emotional support tailored to your goals. Whether you’re navigating identity questions, managing relationships, or just feeling burned out, I’m here to help you write a new chapter—one that’s more aligned with who you truly are.
