Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Ashley, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 20 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based counseling to individuals, couples, and families. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations across all ages and backgrounds, helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy. I help clients identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns through CBT, while narrative therapy allows us to explore and reframe personal stories. This combination supports personal growth, resilience, and lasting well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with renewed clarity, empowering tools, and a refreshing sense of hope. Together, we uncover fresh perspectives and nurture inner strength, inspiring lasting growth and healing.
