I completed my bachelor’s degree at SUNY University at Buffalo as well as my master’s degree at SUNY Brockport. I have been practicing as a counselor for about 4 years working with diverse children, teens, and young adults. My specialties include anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
I strive to help people in any way I can, which is why I use different approaches in therapy. Overall, I try to help my clients learn to use their inner strengths, process their emotions, think and feel differently, and utilize various coping strategies.
My goal is to help clients feel heard and validated. I am determined to provide an empathetic, safe, and supportive environment for all.
