Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Autumn—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Social Work and a deep respect for the resilience and complexity of the human experience.

I’m especially drawn to life’s transitions and in-between seasons—the moments where things feel unsettled, identities are shifting, and clarity hasn’t fully arrived yet.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on working with women navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, identity changes, and major life transitions. I have a special passion for supporting young adults as they move into adulthood, as well as women seeking greater steadiness, connection, and self-trust in the midst of change.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic—considering the whole person, including how attachment and the nervous system shape our sense of safety and connection. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, I strive to offer a space where you can slow down, feel safe and seen, and move toward growth at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic. I work from a trauma-informed lens, paying close attention to how attachment, life experiences, and the nervous system shape patterns of safety, connection, and emotional regulation.

I believe healing often happens in the in-between moments, not just in big breakthroughs.

I strive to create a calm, supportive space where clients—especially women navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions—can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Therapy with me is paced intentionally, honoring where you are and allowing progress to unfold in meaningful, sometimes subtle ways.

For those who desire it, I welcome the integration of Christian values into the therapeutic process, honoring the role faith can play in one’s mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect a warm, focused space to begin sharing your story. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important right now. My hope is to offer a place where you—and your nervous system—can slow down and find a sense of rest as we begin making sense of what you’re carrying.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—because you are not broken. It’s about creating space to pause, lay things down, and gently sort through them. Our work may include quiet moments of insight, meaningful emotion, or even moments of lightness. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, allowing clarity and connection to unfold over time.
