Great to meet you!

Clients working with me should know that I am a compassionate and attentive provider who takes the time to truly understand their experiences. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and depression, and I approach treatment with a balance of clinical expertise and genuine care. When you meet with me, you can expect a thoughtful, patient-centered process where your voice matters and your comfort is a priority. I explain diagnoses and treatment options in a clear, straightforward way so you always feel informed and included in every decision. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and never judged. I focus on practical strategies and evidence-based care that help you feel better not just temporarily, but in a meaningful and sustainable way. Above all, I want you to know that I am here to help you grow, heal, and regain control of your life at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and clarity. I take the time to understand each client’s story, symptoms, and goals so that treatment is tailored to who they are—not just what they’re struggling with. I believe in working together to create a plan that feels realistic and supportive, using evidence-based psychiatric care while also considering the emotional and environmental factors that shape a person’s life.

I prioritize open communication and make sure clients feel seen, heard, and never rushed. I explain treatment options in a way that is easy to understand, and I encourage clients to ask questions and share their preferences. Whether someone is dealing with ADHD, anxiety, OCD, or depression, my focus is always on helping them feel grounded, empowered, and genuinely better not just “managed.”

My style is steady, patient, and respectful. I meet clients where they are, help them move at a pace that feels right, and support them through each step of the healing process. My goal is for every client to feel safe, understood, and confident in their care.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming, and structured experience focused on understanding who they are and what brought them in. I begin by getting to know their concerns in their own words how they’ve been feeling, what symptoms they’ve noticed, and how these issues are affecting their daily life. I ask thoughtful, gentle questions to help me understand their history, their goals, and any patterns that may be influencing their mental health.

I also explain my role, how treatment works, and what options may be available. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is forced. Clients can expect clear communication, transparency, and plenty of time to ask questions or share anything that feels important. By the end of the session, they leave with a sense of direction, an understanding of the next steps, and the reassurance that they have someone on their side who is genuinely interested in helping them feel better.

My goal for every first session is for clients to feel heard, understood, and hopeful about the care they’re receiving.
