Great to meet you!

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based practices while staying responsive to the person in front of me, tailoring therapy to what actually works rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model. I value clarity, honesty, and a therapy process that feels meaningful, practical, and human.

I believe therapy works best when it’s a place you can think clearly, feel supported, and gradually reconnect with your own sense of steadiness and direction.

My approach to therapy

I focus on creating a therapy space that feels steady, respectful, and engaging. Sessions are a place to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and approach challenges with curiosity rather than judgment.

I tend to work in a way that is conversational and active. I ask thoughtful questions, offer reflections, and help clients notice patterns that may be easy to miss on their own. When helpful, I’ll gently challenge assumptions or highlight strengths that have been overlooked.

I pay close attention to pacing — therapy doesn’t need to be rushed or overly intense to be effective. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded and confident over time, with insights that translate into real-life clarity and steadiness.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about creating a sense of safety, orientation, and clarity. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what’s felt hard or confusing lately — without pressure to have it all figured out.

By the end of the first session, most clients have a clearer sense of what they want to focus on, how therapy with me works, and whether it feels like a good fit. The goal isn’t to fix everything right away, but to leave feeling more grounded and oriented than when you arrived.
