Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, SAP, CCSAS, and EMDR Consultant with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, addiction, grief, mental health challenges, and significant life transitions. I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK. I have a Masters in Art, Bachelors in Psychology and a Bachelors in Business Administration. I have been a LPC and LADC for 13 years. I specialize in trauma therapy, alcohol and drug therapy, generalized anxiety, depression, family concerns and sex addictions. Over the years my clients have ranged from all ethnicities and from the LGTBQ+ community. My counseling style is trauma-informed, empathic, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a safe, predictable, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered. With a strong foundation in EMDR, I prioritizes emotional safety and stabilization, helping clients access their internal strengths while reducing the impact of past traumatic experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practice, combining EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support lasting change. I believe that every client brings unique strengths, experiences, and resilience, and that therapy should be a collaborative process built on safety, trust, and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

A client’s first session with you is designed to be safe, welcoming, and informative, giving them a clear understanding of what therapy will look like while allowing them to share at a pace that feels comfortable.
