I graduated from LUMHS with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and am a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with several years of healthcare expertise. I've worked with clients who struggle with a variety of mental health concerns, including ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, sleeplessness, and mood disorders. We are now accepting new patients for medication management (PMHNP-BC) and dialectical behavioral therapy (CDBT).

I work with all my clients, who come from all cultures and backgrounds, with honesty, non-judgment, and compassion, without jeopardizing their confidentiality. In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and identify the root cause of your challenges. I will take a complete history, mental status exam, and assessment ending with a diagnosis. This will help us create a tailored treatment plan to work through expectations for the patient-provider relationship. The initial consultation takes 60 minutes. We are available on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
