Hello. I am open to listening and pride myself in making each and every client feel safe, heard, respected, and comfortable to discuss and achieve their treatment goals.

I also am a Certified Parenting Instructor via the Nurturing Parenting Program. The Nurturing Parenting Programs are evidenced-based initiatives designed to promote positive parenting skills and prevent child abuse and neglect.

My approach to therapy is empathetic and nonjudgmental. I use a broad number of therapeutic approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, Cognitive Processing Therapy, varieties of Trauma Informed Care, other.

We will discuss consent of treatment, limits of confidentiality, what a person expects from counseling, my counseling approach, discuss your history, current concerns, etc.
