I'm a licensed clinical social worker who has been in practice for a decade. I specialize in working with adults struggling with a wide range of psychological concerns, including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, self esteem, life transition, relationships, trauma, sexual abuse, family conflict and crisis counseling.
I work to create a safe, empathic environment where we can explore your concerns at a pace that feels comfortable to you. Life is challenging, but therapy provides a place of comfort to look at life's stressors as well as what scares, saddens, or angers us. I work to help clients build a deeper and more compassionate understanding of themselves in order to identify their strengths, develop new coping skills, build more meaningful relationships and live a more fulfilling life.
