I believe in being open-minded and non-judgmental when someone shares their personal story or experiences with me. I believe in being supportive, but also with an approach that is direct and honest with a manner that is kind.

From the first session, you will have been able to have shared your present concerns and provide more background information about your life then if you are ready you will also share about your goals for therapy. If not knowing what the goals are at the time, we can explore this together either in the first session or as we work together.
