Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist who believes real change is possible - not as a slogan, but as something I've seen happen again and again. When someone finds the right support and commits to the work. I work with adults across Oklahoma via telehealth, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, ADHD, and the kind of stress that just won't let up.

I'm warm, but I'm also direct. I'm not going to nod along quietly while you stay stuck - we're going to figure out what's getting in the way and build toward something better. I accept Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Ascension, and other major plans, which means quality care doesn't have to mean financial strain.

My approach to therapy

I'd describe my approach as collaborative and solution-focused. We look clearly at what's happening, understand the roots of it, and then work toward real, practical change. I draw from evidence-based methods and adapt them to you, not the other way around.

I work best with clients who are ready to engage, even when it's hard. I create sessions that are structured but never rigid. There's always room for what you actually need to talk about. Whether you're navigating grief, managing addiction, learning to regulate anxiety, or untangling something from your past, the work is always grounded in respect for your experience and your goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a real conversation - not a clinical intake form read back at you. I'll ask about what's brought you here, what's been happening, and what you're hoping to change or feel differently about. I'll share some thoughts, and we'll start to build a picture of what our work together might look like.

You won't leave the first session with homework or a 12-week plan. You'll leave with a clearer sense of whether we're a good fit and what the path forward could look like. Most clients tell me the first session felt easier than they expected, and that's exactly the goal.
