Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience helping individuals, couples, families, and adolescents navigate a wide range of mental health and substance use challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and hold an associate's degree in Addiction Counseling Education.

My areas of specialization include substance use and co-occurring disorders, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health concerns. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each client's unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices.

Although my clinical career began in substance use treatment, my experience has expanded to include behavioral health across a variety of settings, providing therapy for adults, adolescents, children, relationship counseling, crisis intervention, and ongoing support for individuals working toward emotional well-being and meaningful life changes.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story, experiences, and values that shape who they are. If we decide to work together, we'll approach therapy as a team, creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. Open communication is important to me, and I encourage honest conversations as we navigate challenges together. I'll listen with care, ask thoughtful questions, offer support, and gently challenge you when it can help you grow. You can expect therapy to be a conversation—not just a place to unload what's been weighing on you, but a space to better understand yourself, learn new ways of coping, and move toward the changes that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know one another and laying the foundation for our work together. I'll take time to learn about your experiences, what has led you to seek therapy, and what you hope will be different in your life. My goal is to provide a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment where you feel respected, heard, and comfortable sharing at a pace that feels right for you. Before we finish, we'll begin identifying goals for therapy and talk about how we'll work together to help you move toward them in the weeks and months ahead.
