Great to meet you!

Hello! I was licensed in CA in 1996 and worked in Foster Care, Adoption, and Private Practice since, dealing with issues of attachment and relationships in general. My Graduate studies were done at Fuller Theological Seminary, with additional training at the Glen Roberts Child Study Center. I've worked with a broad range of issues over the years and bring that experience to the table with every client in an effort to deepen awareness and to empower them to achieve their goals in life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

"Life has but one purpose: learning to Love Well" is my motto and one of my primary specialties is faith-based counseling. It's often overlooked as we tend to think of love primarily as a feeling, but when we look deeper we realize that Love Values. Integrating a person's spiritual beliefs into their personal growth is a powerful resource for change as we seek to find value, meaning and purpose in life.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe all people are of high value and that all people are of equal value, so you matter just as much as anyone else. My goal is that anyone I work with will feel valued, respected, heard and understood, and that in time they will value and understand themselves in a way that empowers them to find the joy and fulfillment they seek.
