Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am trained in looking at the greater picture and how the outer world influences us and the way we influence our outer world. I earned my PhD with an emphasis on couple and family therapy from Alliant International University.

My approach to therapy

Having worked extensively in community agencies, I specialize in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, transitions, and relationship challenges. My passion lies in collaborating with diverse clients spanning from children to adults, each with their unique life experiences. As an advocate for marginalized voices, I approach therapy with compassion, centering the client's needs.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to empower individuals to overcome self-doubt, negative thinking, and societal pressures, leaving our sessions equipped with a sense of integrity, self-agency, and practical tools for lasting positive change.
